We begin with an initial discussion to understand what you want to create, how you intend to use the space, the style and character you prefer, and the practical requirements of the project. We also discuss your budget—not as a fixed target, but to understand the level and scope within which our team should develop the design. A site meeting is then arranged to understand the location, existing conditions, surroundings and any specific opportunities or challenges that may influence the project. This stage gives us a clear foundation for the work ahead and allows our architects and engineers to develop a design that is personal, practical and responsive to the project.
